Legal - terms of service
Terms of Service.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Whizyre's managed AI assistants. We wrote them to be read in one sitting: what the service is, what it costs, who owns the bot, and what happens if things go wrong.
Who we are
Whizyre is a small business run by one person, operated from Malaysia as a sole proprietorship. Our SSM registration is in progress; the registration number will be added here when it is issued. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Whizyre" mean that business, and "you" means the person or business using our service.
The service
We run managed AI assistants that work inside Telegram. You get a chat bot that answers messages using the content and instructions you choose: for the Personal plan, an assistant for you; for the Business plan, an assistant for your customers that answers from your FAQ. We run the bot engine on our servers, and replies are generated using a cloud AI model. Telegram is a separate service with its own rules, and your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's terms, not ours.
Plans and fair use
- Personal: RM50 per month. Fair use: up to 1,000 messages per month.
- Business: RM139 per month. Fair use: up to 2,000 messages per month.
- A "message" means one prompt sent to the assistant plus the reply it gets. We count message volumes to apply these limits.
- If you get close to a limit we will tell you. If you go over, we may slow down or pause replies until the next month, or suggest an upgrade. We will not silently charge you more.
- Limits reset on your monthly billing date.
The pilot
For RM10, paid once, we run a Business pilot for one week. You get the Business assistant for that week. The pilot is for the Business plan only; the Personal plan has no pilot. When the week ends the pilot stops unless you choose to start a paid plan. The RM10 is not refundable. Fair use applies during the pilot in the same spirit as the plans above.
Payment
The service is prepaid. You pay by DuitNow QR and send us the payment confirmation; your service then runs for the period you paid for (one month, or one week for the pilot). We never see or store your card details (there are none to see), and we do not auto-charge you. We will remind you before your period ends if you want to keep going. Prices can change; we will tell you before your next payment, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancellation and your data
You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Your service then stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a period. When your plan ends, we delete your data on the timeline in our Privacy Notice, in short: messages from our active systems within 30 days, backups overwritten within 90 days, and billing records kept for 7 years because Malaysian tax law requires it. Before you leave, you can ask us for an export of your assistant's chat history and settings, and we will prepare it within 14 days.
Who owns the bot
There are two ways your assistant can be set up, and it matters who holds the bot:
- Default: your bot, created by you. You create the bot on your own Telegram account with our QR code and guide, and you hold the bot token yourself. You share the token with us so we can run your assistant. You own that bot: if you revoke the token or point it elsewhere, our access ends and the assistant stops. You can take your bot anywhere.
- Fallback: a Whizyre bot, created by us. We create the bot on a Whizyre account and run it for you. In this setup you do not own the bot itself. If you leave, we cannot hand the bot over, but we will give you your data (for example your FAQ and an export of your chat history) so you can set up your own bot and continue with the same content.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the assistant to do anything illegal, to spam or harass people, to impersonate a person or brand without authority, to break Telegram's rules, to try to access other customers' data, or to resell the service without our agreement. If we see abuse, we may suspend or end your service. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it; for serious cases (illegal content, security risk) we may act immediately.
Availability
We run the service with care, but version one is best effort: we do not offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement. Things outside our control (Telegram, our hosting, the AI model provider, your internet connection) can interrupt the service. We may do maintenance; we will try to keep it short and tell you when it is planned.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits or lost business). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to limit.
For business clients: your content
If you use a Business plan, you confirm that you have the right to give us the FAQ content and any other material you feed the assistant, and to have your customers' messages handled by the service on your behalf. You will cover us for third-party claims that arise from your content or your instructions to us, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms. For business clients, our Data Processing Addendum explains the controller and processor split for your end customers' data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any dispute goes to the Malaysian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect, and it will not change a period you have already paid for. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
